Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Specifications:  

• Expected Pay Range: $11.40 / hour + tips 

  • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips

• Shift & Schedule Type: Full Time

  • Weekends and Holidays 

    • AM Shift = 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM

• Skill Level: Entry

Job Responsibilities:  

• Make connections with guests and co-workers 

• Share our passion for the mountains during the service 

• Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting 

• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests 

• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly 

• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday 

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:  

• We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary 

• Desire to learn and grow 

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs

The expected pay range is $11.40. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
