About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of all marketing efforts. The CMO will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans that support the company's overall strategy and financial goals, with a focus on promoting strong brand awareness in existing and potential markets. This includes leading efforts to maximize brand recognition and value, coordinating marketing collateral and communications, and ensuring that the customer experience is aligned with the brand strategy. The successful candidate will also be tasked with establishing a high-performance player development team, developing new markets, and overseeing the implementation of a customer reinvestment strategy. Candidates for the CMO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, with a Master's in business administration preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in gaming or related industries, with a strong focus on brand and loyalty management programs, is required. The role demands a hands-on professional with proven communication, organizational, and analytical skills, who can lead a large marketing team and manage substantial budgets. The CMO will be expected to have a successful track record in forecasting revenue, be results-oriented, and demonstrate leadership and fairness. The position also requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, casino environment and to interact effectively with customers, employees, and the business community.
