Job Description

We are seeking eloquent and charismatic individuals to join our remote team. We are a company whose mission is to build unforgettable vacation packages that will create core memories to last a lifetime!

In this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone, social media, and email to connect with and assist clients in navigating their vacation planning. Please know that this is a business opportunity which you will work closely with some of the leading suppliers in the industry for cruises, resort stays, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the industry
  • Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations around the globe
  • Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail
  • Utilize time management skills in order to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients
  • - Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience.

Qualifications
