Looking for an exciting leadership role with growth potential? Join us at OC_ Dental! Start with a base salary /year and earn up to $15k/year in bonuses .
We use DENTRIX software (REQUIRED) to manage our practice and need someone who can lead, inspire, and keep everything running smoothly. As an office manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring patients feel confident about their dental care and treatment plans while guiding them through the financial and scheduling aspects of their journey.
In this role, you'll be:

• Clearly communicating treatment plans and any changes, ensuring patients are fully informed.
• Answering questions to gain approval for services and make sure patients are comfortable with their care.
• Navigating insurance benefits, verifying coverage, and setting up financial arrangements.
• Scheduling appointments and answering general inquiries, while providing exceptional support.
• Managing the team and doctors schedules to keep our office running efficiently.

What We Need From You:

• 3+ years of experience in customer relations (bonus if it's sales-related!)
• Familiarity with dental sales transactions
• Stellar customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• A self-starting leader who can be relied on to take charge

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ 25----$40 per hour
