ON SITE ONLY Product Information & Digital Asset Manager

Salary Range: $115K - $140K depending on level and years of experience

About the Opportunity

Are you a PIM/DAM expert with API experience looking to make an impact in a growing organization? We are a leading player in distribution of goods dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Product Information & Digital Asset Manager to oversee and optimize our PIM/DAM platforms and enhance API integrations to streamline data management. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless management of digital assets and product information across multiple channels, including eCommerce, retail, and B2B platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the onboarding and optimization of a new PIM/DAM platform, serving as the key liaison between vendors, IT, and internal teams.
• Manage and maintain the PIM/DAM systems, ensuring all digital assets and product information are properly organized, tagged, and distributed.
• Enhance API integrations to automate and streamline data flow between internal systems, retail partners, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including sales, marketing, and IT, to meet retailer and distributor requirements for product data syndication.
• Ensure data integrity and governance by implementing best practices for metadata management, taxonomy, and digital asset workflows.
• Troubleshoot system issues with vendors and IT, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements to maximize system effectiveness.
• Support ongoing UI/UX optimization of the PIM/DAM interface based on user feedback and best practices.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience managing PIM/DAM platforms with a deep understanding of best practices.
• Hands-on API experience for integrating PIM/DAM solutions with external systems.
• Technical expertise in data governance, metadata management, and digital asset workflows.
• Proficiency in SAP Product Master Data and Salesforce (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and external vendors to resolve system challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment , balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field .
