This is a great opportunity for a recent college grad with an interest in the Legal Industry.

• Kent & McBride, P.C. a Civil Defense Litigation firm seeks an entry-level paralegal for its expanding practice.
• Individual must be a team player and embrace firm goals.
• Prior experience and knowledge of both DE laws are strongly encouraged but not required.
• Strong communication skills required.
• The position will entail tracking down, subpoenaing and working up the medical aspects of the case.
• Familiarity and knowledge of legal pleadings, correspondence, electronic court filings, and expert discovery a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow into the position as well as follow instructions and adhere to various guidelines and deadlines as it relates to each case.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary Range: $37,000-$45,000

• B.S. from an accredited College or University (Preferred)
