General Manager – Commercial Roofing

Lubbock, TX

$120k - $160k

Essentials

• 10 years minimum in the roofing industry
• Strong understanding of multiple roofing systems – single ply, metal, shingle etc
• Understanding of how to manage finances of a business
• OSHA qualification
• Experience with new construction
• Able to perform estimates

Role

• This role offers a fantastic opportunity to essentially manage and run your own business. You will be in charge of:
• Managing the crews and sub-contractors
• Mentoring and advising the sales and estimating teams
• Hiring and firing
• Managing the branch finances
• Overseeing jobs, managing customer relationships
• You will receive support and advice from the company, as well as having a stellar reputation in the local area and financial backing from the company.
