In anticipation of our Spring 2025 opening, we are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate aides with a genuine interest in providing services to aging adults, to join our resident care team.

As a Home Health Aide , your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Employment Status: Full Time and part time

Shifts: 1st Shift (7am-3pm), 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm), 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)

Work Environment: Assisted Living & Memory Care

Anticipated Hire Date: April 2025

Responsibilities

HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid HHA certificate required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
