RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Support:
  • Administrative Wizardry: Keep the operations team on track by managing calendars, emails, and correspondence with your organizational superpowers.
  • Inventory Maestro: Assist with tracking, ordering, and receiving inventory to make sure our stores are stocked with all the right products.
  • Store Sidekick: Provide support to our store teams with scheduling, communication, and troubleshooting any operational issues that pop up.
  • Facilities Hero: Help maintain a safe, efficient, and enjoyable workplace by coordinating repairs and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Data Guru: Keep accurate records and assist with data analysis to help streamline our operations.
HR Support:
  • Recruitment Rockstar: Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to bring new talent into our pack.
  • Onboarding Superstar: Help welcome new team members by supporting their onboarding process and getting them set up for success.
  • Employee Relations Pro: Be the go-to for HR-related questions, including benefits, payroll, and company policies, providing a positive experience for all employees.
  • Training and Development Assistant: Help coordinate employee training programs to support growth and development.
  • HR Admin Extraordinaire: Maintain employee records, assist with performance management, and ensure we're staying compliant with all labor laws.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or operational support role. Bonus points if you've worked in HR before!
  • Organization Skills: You're the master of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing like a pro.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key, and you're always on top of the details.
  • Communication Skills: You're a clear and friendly communicator, both in writing and in person.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar tools) and can pick up new software quickly.
  • Team Spirit: You're a true team player, able to work independently and collaborate with others.
  • Confidentiality: You're trustworthy and know how to handle sensitive information with care.
