Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is preferred but not required. As an Insurance Sales Producer, you'll be an integral part of our team, providing expert guidance and exceptional service to our clients.

We offer a competitive wage for our sales team. First year earning potential: $50,000 - $70,000 (base salary, commission and bonuses).

Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and offering assistance.
  • Policy Customization: Recommend and design insurance plans that align with individual client requirements.
  • Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering additional policies.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Customer-Centric : Dedicated to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
  • Adaptability : Ability to be productive and collaborative while working in a hybrid remote setup.
  • Team Player: Capable of working effectively within a team and fostering positive relationships.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and other communication platforms is a plus.
