Job Details

Position Summary: The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our law firm, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. This role involves managing administrative staff, coordinating with attorneys, and maintaining office systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Oversight: Supervise administrative staff, including legal assistants and paralegals, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to firm policies.
Office Operations: Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management to ensure a professional work environment.
Human Resources: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees; manage employee relations and maintain personnel records.
Financial Management: Oversee billing processes, manage budgets, and coordinate with accounting to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
Scheduling and Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys and staff.
Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Technology Management: Coordinate with IT support to maintain office technology and implement new systems as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of office management experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in office software and familiarity with legal practice management software.
Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; high level of discretion and professionalism; problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
