Job Description

The World Equestrian Center located in Ocala, FL is currently seeking a Part-Time Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our team!

The Luxury Retail Sales Associate provides a fun and individualized shopping experience. Sales associates will be responsible for greeting customers, helping them to find items in the store, and ringing up their purchases.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet customers.
• Assist customers with finding items in the store and demonstrate how the item works.
• Understand products and knows features.
• Ring up purchases.
• Elevate complaints to management.
• Keep track of inventory.
• Dust shelves and maintain a clean store.

Physical Requirements :

• The associate may have to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

• 2 years’ experience in Sales in an up-scale retail environment required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible work hours including weekend availability.
• Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Patience to work with children both young and old.
