EPS Practice As an o9 Senior Consultant at Cervello, Kearney company, you'll contribute to diverse consulting projects, offering practical guidance to clients. As part of our planning practice, you'll enhance supply chain transparency and financial planning through connected planning architectures. Location Hybrid with core offices in Boston / New York / Dallas Responsibilities Lead Client o9 engagements, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges. Configure, customize, and extend the functionality of any current o9 environments to meet updated client requirements and objectives. Lead project workstreams and teams, overseeing project delivery, timeline adherence, and resource allocation. Mentor and coach junior team members in designing models and executing build tasks. Delivery of client-facing demonstrations of the o9 solution tailored to address individual client use cases, effectively showcasing its capabilities during the presales process. Who you are. We want to hear from you if you are: Equipped with more than 2 years' experience in consulting with a focus on supply chain management, operations, or technology implementation. Proficient in o9 platform modules, APIs, and integration capabilities, with a deep understanding of its functionalities. Knowledgeable in software architecture principles, agile project methodologies, and best practices. Equipped with strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze complex technical requirements and propose effective solutions; excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience in agile environments.
