Volt is immediately hiring an Office Manager in Richardson, TX .
As an Office Manager you will:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Shipping & Receiving : Assist with shipping materials and packages, ensuring timely delivery and receiving packages from FedEx, UPS, etc.
Inventory Management : Oversee inventory of office supplies and ensure timely recording to maintain stock levels.
Front Desk Operations : Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and handle general inquiries as the first point of contact for the office.
Office Supplies Management : Track and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Invoice & Bill Pay : Assist with processing invoices, handling bill payments, and collaborating with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy.
Administrative Support : Provide general office support including scheduling, filing, and maintaining office documentation.
General Office Operations : Help maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in working order.
This is a full-time, Temp to Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience with inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.
Comfortable working at the front desk, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially the accounting department.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Salary: $24 to $28 an hour.
