Our client, a law firm located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an Officer Services Assistant for temporary position.

Below are the details.

  • Dates: Mid-November to end of December/Mid-January
  • Days: Monday -Thursday
  • Hours: 8am-4pm
  • Pay rate is $21.00 per hour

Duties would include, but not be limited to:

  • Mail
    • Visits to USPS Post Office for registered/certified mail, mail drop off
    • FedEx/UPS drop off
    • Sort and distribute mail
  • Pantry/Café
    • Surface clean tables, counters, microwaves, coffee pots
    • Restock supplies
    • Pick up Milk when necessary
  • Bathrooms
    • Surface clean
    • Restock supplies
    • If maintenance required, inform Jenn
  • Reception
    • Cover reception 8:30 to Sandra’s arrival
    • Cover Sandra’ breaks and lunches
  • Misc Office Jobs as necessary.
