What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a People Services (HR) Intern to join our team for Summer 2025! The People Services intern assists with various human resources functions, special projects, and programs.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Global Learning & Development and Director of People Services Operations.


• Contribute to the coordination and execution of training programs.


• Support new employee orientation and manage related tasks.


• Assist with special projects within People Services (to include: personnel administration and employee information management).


• Perform additional administrative tasks and other duties as needed.

What You Need:

• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Training, Communication/Media Relations, Sociology or Psychology, Visual Communications, or equivalent course of study


• Previous clerical, administrative, data entry experience is helpful


• Experience with Google and Microsoft products preferred, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.


• Students should be a ‘people person’, with strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Collaborative team player who can also can work independently


• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information at all times


• Strong attention to organizational and grammatical detail


• Self-starter who can take initiative and set priorities
