Our firm, a recognized leader in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Permanent Project Manager for Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI). We specialize in commercial construction, particularly in the office, hospitality, healthcare, hospital, and mixed-use sectors. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial TI projects, from initial planning to completion. You will work closely with a team of professionals, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager- Commercial TI, you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.
2. Managing all aspects of commercial TI projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
3. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
4. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
5. Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
6. Identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks.
7. Implementing and maintaining project management protocols and best practices.
8. Providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
9. Managing project resources effectively and efficiently.
10. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Project Manager- Commercial TI role, you must possess the following:
1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Commercial TI Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in commercial construction, particularly in the office, hospitality, healthcare, hospital, and mixed-use sectors.
3. Extensive knowledge of commercial tenant improvement (TI) processes and best practices.
4. Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, mitigate, and manage project risks.
7. A proven track record of managing projects to successful completion, on time and within budget.
8. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry.
9. Proficiency in project management software tools.
10. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
