Exterior Building Solutions is an established contractor in the St. Louis area providing exterior renovation/repair needs for over 10 years. EBS prides itself on providing solutions, not excuses, to get jobs done the right way. With the addition of our restoration division 4 years ago, Apple Restoration, we have been able to expand the scope of repairs we are able to take on, increasing sales chances tremendously. Position Summary This is a 1099 position. You will be a subcontractor of Exterior Building Solutions. Our purpose is to educate and inform homeowners on solutions to their problems. Whether it be a leak in the roof, wind damage to siding, hail damage to roof, or just looking to provide a facelift to their home. We listen to the pain points of homeowners and get them pricing for a solution. To be successful at this role, you need to be self motivated and driven. What you get out of this job is a direct reflection of the effort you put in. Attention to detail and the ability to network are very important to the success of this position. Compensation As this is a 1099 sales position, pay will come from commission from sales. Average yearly commission for 1099 sales personnel has historically been over $100,000/year.
