Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with experience in RPA development, specifically in Linux environments and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . As an RPA Developer at Calpion, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions to optimize business processes and drive efficiency. This is a key role in our expanding RPA team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath , Automation Anywhere , or Blue Prism .
• Develop RPA workflows in Linux environments , ensuring automation processes are highly efficient and scalable.
• Integrate RPA solutions with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , leveraging cloud services for deployment and automation scaling.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define automation requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA workflows, ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality results.
• Continuously improve RPA processes, ensuring better performance and enhanced capabilities.
• Maintain clear documentation for RPA workflows, processes, and coding practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 4+ years of experience in RPA development , specifically with Linux environments .
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , particularly in automating tasks and integrating RPA with GCP services.
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath , Automation Anywhere , or Blue Prism .
• Experience with programming languages such as Python , Java , or .NET .
• Strong understanding of RPA frameworks and best practices in process design and workflow automation.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving RPA-related issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with integrating AI/ML solutions in RPA workflows.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure .
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to optimize existing RPA processes.
