Job Title: Salesforce Release Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Release Manager to oversee the release management lifecycle for our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across development environments. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, coordinate activities, and drive platform governance to deliver robust solutions for our teams. This role involves collaboration with development teams, managing multiple environments and vendor relationships, and providing best practice guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full release lifecycle on the Salesforce platform, including scheduling, coordination, and release management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce release management, supporting DevOps, administration, and change management processes.
• Utilize Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Copado, coordinating with development teams to ensure successful releases.
• Oversee release calendars, schedules, and environments, managing vendor relationships and maintaining compliance with governance protocols.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing release-related updates, and troubleshooting to minimize deployment risks.
• Apply best practices and industry knowledge to enhance platform governance and release management processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Salesforce Release Management and Platform Governance .
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration , DevOps, change sets, and related processes.
• Experience with Copado or other ALM tools specifically for Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for supporting development teams.
• Ability to manage multiple environments, vendors, and release schedules effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Public Trust or higher-level security clearance (active).
• Certifications in Copado or relevant Salesforce release management tools.
• Familiarity with tools and languages such as Jenkins CI, Selenium, Apex, Force.com, Visualforce, Triggers, and Data Loader .
• Knowledge of Change Sets, XML packages , and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) best practices.
• Experience with Version Control Systems (VCS) and data migration processes.
