We are currently seeking Service Lift Technicians that can join our dynamic team. Qualified candidates will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of multiple brands of services, namely elevators, to include troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical components.

Your Role:
•Carry out duties with a primary focus on safety and quality.
•Understand both the metric and imperial measurement systems.
•Consistently complete timecards with detailed descriptions of work performed, expense reports for reimbursement of airline baggage fees, company vehicle car washes and other job-related incidentals eligible for repayment.
•Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
•Apply principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to design and production of various goods and services.
•Problem-solve issues as they arise.
•Troubleshoot equipment, machines, wiring or computer programs issues.
•Understand direct current electricity, alternating current electricity, and electronics.
•Write reports, complete work orders, chart information and track progress on tasks.
•Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and fellow employees.
•Lead teams, train new employees, and complete reports when needed.

Essential Education:
•Electrical or Mechanical experience of at least four years.
•Associate's degree or higher in an engineering discipline.

Requirements:
•Two or more years of active experience in the wind industry.
•Detail oriented with excellent electrical and mechanical skills.
•Previous experience in troubleshooters, commissioners, and leadership roles.
•Experience with turbine technology and/or being up-tower on platforms welcomed, including Solar/Off-shore experience.
•Necessary to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, work instructions, manuals.
•Knowledge of turbine and lift-related machinery and tools, including their design, uses, repair and maintenance.
•Knowledge of circuit boards, electronic equipment, computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
•Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for protection of people, property, and institutions.
•Fluent English verbal and written communications skills are required. Secondary languages are a plus.
•Must have current valid driver's license and fit-to-drive record with no more than two moving violations in the past three years, including passing a Motor Vehicle Record.
•Ability to pass a criminal background check (project/client dependent and you will be notified if needed).
•Travel required up to 90%.

Physical Requirements:
•Capable of lifting at least 40-100 lbs.
•Capable of bending, twisting, and lifting items overhead.
•Capable of climbing a wind tower up to 400 ft in height up to three times daily.

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience.

A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along breath alcohol testing, and a physical.
