Pouch Marketing is a Provo-based digital marketing agency specializing in organic marketing services, including SEO, Content, Social Media, and Email. Our focus on trust, transparency, and delivering long-term results for our clients has led to steady growth and retention in a time of uncertainty. We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Social Media Manager to help us keep growing our organic social media offering. This position will manage a small team of social media strategists and take the lead in client communication for larger accounts. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities for Social Manager

  • Manage a small but growing team of social strategists
  • Lead social media strategy for all types of clients in Ecom, B2B, & tech/app industries
  • Utilize ever-changing social best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire strategies and content creation
  • Support social strategists on client calls to report on monthly results and coordinate future calendars & strategy
  • Lead account management and social strategy for some of the largest social accounts we work with
  • Improve social processes to keep our team’s time efficient while driving the best results for our clients
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
  • Train the team on changing social platforms and best practices
  • Meet with all strategists on a regular basis to train, support, & manage success of their specific focuses & clientele
  • Step in to help with execution of deliverables and client communication when strategists are overloaded or out of office

Qualifications for Social Manager

  • Proven record of social media management (3+ years of social media marketing experience, with 1+ year of management experience)
  • Experience with social media account management, ideally in an agency setting
  • Proficiency with all social platforms including TikTok, IG, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, etc.
  • Experience with social media tools such as FB Business Manager, Creator Studio, Social reporting tools, Publishing tools, etc.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
  • Ability to manage your own accounts while also supporting a team of strategists
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
  • Strict adherence to the style guides & tone of each company and their policies for revision, approval, & publishing content.
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
  • Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services
