Full-Time / Competitive Salary

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving brand voice across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and more.
  • Transcreate social media content
  • Develop, write, and edit social media content
  • Deliver real-time insights to through social listening to impact overall brand communication plans through reporting.
  • Owning the editorial calendar, writing of all social copy.
  • Monitor all social mentions across social channels to inform reporting and to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Develop graphics to accompany social media posts.

What you’ll bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
  • 4+ years’ experience in either social media management or community management
  • Experience managing enterprise level social media accounts
  • Experience using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Sprinklr
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape, best practices, and analytics tools
  • High level proficiency with Microsoft Office and Social Media Reporting Tools
  • High level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
