Senior Account Executive - Social As the Senior Account Executive - Social, you will be a key driver in developing and executing integrated social media strategies that deliver results and build brand loyalty. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and collaboration with creative teams and clients. With 5-7 years of experience, you're a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about staying ahead of social media trends. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Design social media strategies that integrate seamlessly with overall marketing objectives and drive measurable success. Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Content Development: Collaborate with creative team members to ideate and produce engaging, brand-aligned content in various formats. Influencer Programs: Build relationships with digital influencers, develop influencer marketing campaigns, and oversee their execution. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Industry Expertise: Stay current on emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends, providing strategic insights to clients and teams. Team Collaboration: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, critique creative work, and mentor team members in the Public Relations, Social Media, and Content department. Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign execution, preferably in an agency setting. Expertise in major social platforms, including Meta and TikTok, as well as community management tools. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Strong analytical skills and experience using social media metrics to drive decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate insights and strategies effectively. A collaborative mindset, with a dedication to the team's "We Before Me" culture.
