Your role:

Wolff Olins is looking for superstar interns across our Strategy, Design and Engagement communities, to join our U.S. team for summer 2024. You’ll work on a range of internal and client projects, experiencing firsthand how brands are created and evolved. This is a full-time internship that will begin in early June and finish at the end of August.

We expect our Summer Interns to be full members of our team, contributing to client work, new business pitches, and internal initiatives. Our Summer Interns should be curious and eager to learn, passionate about brands, optimistic for the world, and creative and proactive in all that they do.

For our Engagement community:

We’re looking for a superstar engagement intern to join our team for the summer. Someone who is talented, hungry, hardworking, has a unique voice, and will surprise us. You’ll work on a wide range of client projects, experiencing firsthand how brands are created and evolved, gaining a real perspective on how we deliver value and change for clients.

You'll get to:

• Gain project management skills (e.g., planning, managing, budgeting and resourcing)
• Bring your voice and perspective to our client projects and internal initiatives
• Learn varying styles of collaboration and managing projects, working closely with different members of the team
• Combine business, design and creative thinking
• Understand the disciplines within branding and how we work with each other and clients
• Build relationships internally across disciplines and specialties
• Contribute to the development of new business proposals

You must:

• Be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Have had previous experience of project/account management
• Basic financial acumen
• A passion and aptitude for branding, both design and strategy

You are:

• A rising college junior or senior, or a recent graduate in the field
• Business majors
• Studying marketing, advertising, management, etc
• Communications majors
• Interested in brand, business, design, strategy, and impact
• A clear and analytical thinker with strong writing and storytelling skills
• Creative, innovative and proactive

• Legally able to work in the United States during the summer of 2024

You are responsible for:

• Playing an active role in the team across various assignments, including client work and internal initiatives
• Introducing new and experimental thinking, and having a willingness to learn from some of the wisest minds in the business
• Speaking and writing in clear ways with people of all levels, and telling great stories within your work
• Being meticulous and organized, understanding nuance, and paying attention to details
• Contributing to the success of your projects by pushing the work and collaborating with the rest of our team

You will:

• Get your hands dirty working on real projects as a full-time member of the team
• Be exposed to clients, client work, and the Wolff Olins way of working across the globe, with large, global companies and organizations
• Craft and contribute to key internal initiatives
• Have the freedom to experiment and push our work in unexpected directions
• Wear different hats exploring all the phases of a project, from ideation to execution
• Collaborate closely with team members across disciplines
• Make a difference by helping ambitious clients have a positive impact in the world

Details and requirements:

• Timing: Full-time, beginning of June until end of August (approx. 12 weeks in duration)
• Location: Interns must be in NY and able to legally work in the United States.
• Compensation: Paid internship
• Due date: Please submit applications to Wolff Olins by March 7, 2025
• Our recruitment process will be conducted from March - April 2025, with offers anticipated in April 2025, and an internship start date of Monday, June 9, 2025.
