Realiza sus responsabilidades de forma independiente diseñando sus propios procesos e itinerarios de trabajo dentro de su departamento. Tiene responsabilidades gerenciales relacionadas a gente y procesos, incluyendo responsabilidades administrativas de supervisión. Se le requiere facilitar el desarrollo de sus empleados proveyendo consejería y apoyo para actividades de aprendizaje/desarrollo. Utiliza como guía el conocimiento de la disciplina, políticas y principios operacionales. Da seguimiento a las tareas asignadas, proyectos u objetivos de otros de manera que se logren los resultados esperados. Provee retroalimentación, efectúa acciones disciplinarias, presenta información y comunica decisiones claves a empleados y/o gerencia.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Responsable de entrevistar, seleccionar, adiestrar a los empleados. Confirma diariamente la asistencia de todo su personal Responsable de preparar programas, asignar tareas, supervisar el flujo de trabajo, revisar costos y monitorear de día a día la ejecutoria y actividades del empleado. Efectuar acciones disciplinarias y evaluaciones de desempeño. Identificar oportunidades de mejoras a procesos y se asegura de cumplir con las reglas de Cumplimiento. que rigen su área de trabajo, así como políticas corporativas. Monitorear que se cumplan los estándares de ejecución. Reportará equipos dañados para su reparación. Orienta a los empleados con relación al cuidado y preservación de los productos almacenados, así como del equipo que se utiliza. Prepara instrucciones por escrito, así como verbales. Mantiene la armonía entre sus supervisados y resuelve diferencias. Prepara evaluaciones y reportes de sus supervisados. Responsable de velar porque se cumplan las políticas y normas de la Compañía. Responsable de que se cumplan las normas de seguridad y saneamiento. Asiste en la realización del inventario físico de almacén.

REQUISITOS MINIMOS: Preferible pero no obligatorio Bachillerato de una universidad o Colegio De 2 a 5 años de experiencia en trabajo gerencial o similar. Nivel Intermedio de comunicación verbal y escrita en los idiomas español e ingles Conocimiento básico en uso de PC, aplicaciones de Microsoft Office y sistemas que se utilizan en el área. Conocimiento de los procesos y procedimientos aplicables al área. Destreza de operar equipo pesado como montacargas, “pallet jack”, entre otros. Destreza de planificación y organización para manejar múltiples tareas y proyectos. Habilidad para crear y mantener buenas relaciones interpersonales con compañeros, supervisores y clientes. Habilidad para resolver situaciones inherentes a su puesto.
