You’ll be assisting the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies. As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : Required Fields of Study : Accounting Minimum Years of Experience : 8 year(s) Certification(s) Required : CPA or Member of the Bar. Preferred Qualifications : Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in assisting companies to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, law firm or corporate tax department of a multinational company, including in the following areas: Apply your deep understanding of tax compliance and consulting for a variety of entities, including corporations, partnerships, pass-through entities, and Subchapter S corporations; Demonstrate your technical prowess with ASC740; Identify and address client needs, developing and sustaining deep client relationships; Use your networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; Prepare and present complex written and verbal materials; Define resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection; Lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction, and motivate members; Create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.
