Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Temp Part-Time HR Assistant to join their client's team in California. This temporary position will cover a leave of absence and is expected to last until approximately July. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and proficient in both Paychex and Microsoft applications. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and perform data entry tasks.
• Assist in recruiting efforts by posting job openings on various job boards.
• Upload employee information into the Paychex system.
• Work collaboratively within the HR team to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking employees.
• Maintain organized records and assist with additional HR tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Proficiency in Paychex and Microsoft applications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.

Required Work Hours

This part-time position requires availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation

The pay range for this temporary position is $22 - $26 per hour.

This position is temporary, expected to last until approximately July, and will cover a leave of absence.
