Your Role:

As a Travel Occupational Therapist specializing in Home Health, you'll provide essential care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You'll work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.

What You'll Do:

Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies and home exercises.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app).
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
What You'll Need:

A valid Oregon OT license.
One year of skilled home health experience.
BLS certification.
A reliable vehicle for transportation.
Schedule:

Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8x5, 40 hours per week.
Highlights of This Assignment:

Charting: Utilize user-friendly systems - EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app).
First-Timers Welcome: If you're new to travel therapy, we encourage you to apply!
Local Candidates Considered: If you live within a 50-75 mile radius of Portland, you're considered a local!
Patient Ratio: 1:1 (You may visit up to 6 patients per day, with a standard of 30 productivity points).
Flexibility: While this assignment is primarily days, some flexibility may be required.
Guaranteed Hours: The facility may call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks).
COVID-19 Considerations: The facility does not currently require COVID-19 vaccination. Booster and Primary series COVID vaccination is required.
Attire: Business casual (no jeans), scrubs are allowed but not required (no specific color).
Parking: Free parking is available.
Mileage Reimbursement: You'll receive the IRS standard mileage reimbursement.
