Experience in other ADM methodologies (Waterfall, RAD/JAD, SCRUM, Agile, etc.). Experience in overseeing QA/testing teams. Experience in managing sourcing vendors, deliverables, and service delivery outcomes. Experience in managing SLA/service delivery metrics. Experience in managing interface development and package implementations, as well as enhancements and configurations to newly implemented applications.
