Working with the development team, ensuring the best coding, architecture, and security practices. Integrating data from various back-end services and databases. Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs. Maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site. Cooperating with web designers to match visual design intent. Working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly web solutions. Optimizing web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance. Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. Identifying and resolving complex technical issues and bugs, ensuring smooth functionality of web applications. Writing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all developed systems and applications. Staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development. Implementing and maintaining security best practices to protect user data and prevent vulnerabilities. Ideal Profile: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, or Web Development Engineering-related field. At least 6-7 years of web development experience (Working experience in MNC companies is valuable). Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong back-end development skills with Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP. Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of web application architecture and RESTful APIs. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques. Ability to work independently and with less supervision. Knowledge of web security best practices. Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Understanding of web design and user experience principles. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills (global team). Preferably multilingual, especially in Mandarin.
