This is a 12-month position

1. Custodians will perform all janitorial functions including: sweeping, mopping, buffing, scrubbing, waxing, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
2. Custodians will work with various chemicals during the work day and must have an understanding of the use of each chemical.
3. The job will require frequent bending, lifting, stooping, standing and walking.
4. Custodians will work a scheduled shift
5. Must have an understanding of general safety principals
6. Will be under the direct supervision of the Building Principal during the academic year
7. Custodians will work at varying district schools during the summer months
8. During the summer months, Custodians will be under the direct supervision of the Custodial Supervisor or their designee
